Whether you shop online or by mail or telephone order, there is nothing quite so frustrating as not receiving what you ordered or not even knowing what method of shipment has been used to get your purchases to you.
At All About Surgery, we do not consider an order complete until the customer has received their purchase which is why we ship all of our orders using the Royal Mail Signed-For recorded delivery service.
With this service, the postman is not permitted to leave your order without first obtaining a signature. If you should be out when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card advising you of details about a further delivery or where you can collect your order from.
If you are usually away from your home when the postman normally delivers, you have the option to nominate an alternative delivery address where your order can be signed for (e.g. your place of work), during the checkout process.
