The information you provide to us will be shared with independent cosmetic surgery advisors and surgeons to help assist with your enquiry. Your details will not be passed to other companies, for any additional marketing purposes, outside of the private surgery sector, financial sector or legal sector as per your request for information.

Cookies and IP addresses
A cookie is a piece of information that is deposited by our server when you visit our website and is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser. This makes it easier for All About Surgery to identify you, to personalise your experience when you visit our website and to analyse web traffic. You can configure your browser not to accept cookies, although this may hinder the functionality and enjoyment of the website. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you chose to share with us.
The Help menu on the menu bar of most web browsers will tell you how to prevent your browser from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and how to disable cookies altogether. However, cookies allow you to take full advantage of some of All About Surgery's most useful features and we recommend that you leave these turned on. If you do leave cookies turned on, be sure to sign off when you finish using a shared computer.
When you visit our website, we store web server logs which show your IP address, this gives us information such as which pages you looked at, whether the page request was successful or not and which browser you use to view the page. The use of this data is purely for statistical purposes.
What if you think we have incorrect information or you would like a copy of the information we hold about you?
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, you may request details of personal information that All About Surgery holds about you. An official fee will be payable.
If you want to make a request please use the email form from the link below. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please inform us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information which is found to be incorrect.
Shipping
With the exception of our Virtual Consultation presentations which are delivered by download and therefore available to worldwide English speakers, all products ordered from the All About Surgery Shop are only available for delivery to UK, Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey addresses. All orders to be shipped will be despatched by Royal Mail Signed-For (Recorded Delivery) postal service with enhanced compensation where appropriate. For this reason, it will not be possible for the postman to leave your order without first obtaining a signature. If you should be out when they attempt delivery, they will leave a card advising you of details about a further delivery or where you can collect your order from.
If you think it is highly likely that you will be out when the postman attempts delivery, you have the option to nominate an alternative delivery address where your order can be signed for (e.g. your place of work), during the checkout process.
Damages and Returns
Should your order arrive in less than satisfactory condition, showing signs of damage or tampering, please contact us immediately by sending an email to us providing full details.
We will provide you with return details and arrange a replacement order to be despatched.
Refunds
If your order turns out to be not what you expected, then please let us know by sending an email within 30 days of receipt, so that we can advise you of the appropriate returns procedure.
Providing the goods are returned intact and in their original packaging, we shall refund their full cost excluding postal charges.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
