Vaser Lipo Testimonial
My Vaser Lipo experience:
I had struggled with my love handles for some time. Even when training hard in the gym there was still this small stubborn area that simply wouldn't shift no matter how long I seemed to run, swim or cycle. I had already undergone a Rhinoplasty in my 20's so felt confident in a cosmetic procedure to reach my aesthetic goal.
On the day of the procedure I was a little nervous but the surgeon soon put me at ease and within moments we were ready to go.
The procedure lasted little more than an hour and after a short rest on one of the beds I remember leaving the clinic and being driven home feeling a bit tired, having a lite meal and going to bed and watching a movie.
I had a pressure garment on and some mild pain relief and that was it.
The next morning I woke early and carried on. I went to work. I didn't have the most strenuous of days I admit, I certainly didn't lift anything but I conducted my duties and did a full day.
I bought an extra pressure garment as I didn't want to wear the same one day and night for weeks. So I changed it regularly and looked for any visible signs of bruising every time I checked. To my amazement I actually had no bruising what so ever. There seemed to be some small faint redness to the area, but that wasn't really that noticeable. The only thing I could see where the very small incision marks which were neatly positioned on each side.
My love handles have gone; I know have a much smoother outline without the unsightly bulge at the sides. I am often asked why I didn't persevere at the gym and got rid of them naturally. I tried, they were stubborn and maybe a complete overhaul in diet and lifestyle and a fitness trainer and dietician for months maybe I could have but I had the time nor the funds for such a radical concept. Instead I opted for Vaser Lipo and I am glad I did. They were gone in an hour!
