Breast Enlargement:
Breast Enlargement surgery, commonly known as Breast Augmentation, is essentially a surgical procedure to enhance the shape & size of a woman's breasts by the use of implants. Breast Enlargement surgery is performed for a number of reasons varying from patient to patient, some medical and some cosmetic. The implants are composed of a silicone rubber shell filled with either a saline (salt water) solution or medical grade silicone gel.
